Albert Arredondo Jr. is currently in the Parker County Jail with a bond close to $1 million, Fort Worth Police Sgt. Paul Ware said.

According to Ware, Arredondo was arrested June 9 in Weatherford. He said he is being charged in three different counties for sexual assault and burglary.

He said Parker, Tarrant and Gregg countiesare discussing which county would be prosecuting Arredondo.

Fort Worth police officer Jamie Johnson said there has not been a rape on the TCU campus, but the offenses that Arredondo is charged withwere near TCU. He said there are several people who want to prosecute Arredondo because of all the offenses he has committed in several different counties.

“Several agencies are standing in line waiting for him,” Johnson said.

Ware said Arredondo has a total of 11 offenses he is charged with including three sexual assaults in Fort Worth.
