TCU marks a day of caring and remembrance on Sept. 11.
Bells will chime at 7:46 a.m. Wednesday as part of a citywide
tolling to mark the moment the first tower was struck
at the World Trade Center. At 11:15 a.m., a bus will depart
from the Student Center to Sundance Square for the United
Ways noon ceremony. A Community of Hope service
will be at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Frog Fountain.
Programming Council will have its first meeting
at 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Student Center, Room 222. They
will be discussing Homecoming, Family Weekend and concerts.

The Radio-TV-Film department will present The
Farmers Daughter (1947) at 7 p.m., Thursday,
in the Moudy Building South, Room 164. The film features

The Lilypad Music Festival will begin at noon Friday
at Frog Fountain. The TCU Womens Resource Center
will host the concert that will showcase local female
musicians. Local groups will have information booths set

The Brite Divinity lecture series, featuring Ada
Maria Isasi-Diaz, will be at 7 p.m. Sept. 16 at the Dee
J. Kelly Alumni and Visitors Center. Isasi-Diaz will speak
on Gender in the Borderlands: Understanding Mujerista

The Frog Camp Video Reunion will be at 5:30 p.m.
Sept. 19 in the Student Center Ballroom. All students
who attended Frog Camp this summer are invited to attend
to reunite with facilitators, faculty and staff. Snacks

The Charles Tandy Executive Speaker Series, featuring
Dr. Robert Quinn, will be at 7 a.m., Sept. 20 at the Dee
J. Kelly Alumni and Visitors Center. For more information,

A Fall Community Reading Festival will be 9 to
11 a.m. Sept. 21, 2002, at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum. The
festival is being sponsored by the Office of Community
Relations and the Score a Goal in the Classroom organization.
Elementary students from the area will be invited to the
event. All TCU students are also welcome to come.
TCU LEAPS, an all-campus community service day,
will begin at 8 a.m. Sept. 28 and will conclude by 1 p.m.
