As a member of the original committee that created the Staff Assembly and wrote its Constitution and bylaws, I wish to take exception to most of what Dave Mestemaker addressed in his guest column.

No matter what age or gender, we all struggle with some level of stress in our lives and are looking for a magic pill — one that relieves our worries and brings order to our chaos — all in one dose.
