The Order of Omega Holiday Tree Lighting will be at 9
p.m. today in front of Sadler Hall. Don’t forget
to bring gifts that will be collected at the Tree Lighting.
• The African Heritage Organization will host “Don’t
Believe the Hype” from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday in
the Student Center Lounge. This event will provide an
opportunity for AHO to present its mission statement,
to learn about African heritage and understand the many
ways that it influences global society, through dance,
poetry and music.
• The O.S.I.A.A. Winter Formal will be held from
9:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Saturday in the Student Center
Ballroom. The event is being sponsored by the Organization
of Latin American Students, Students of Indian Cultural
Awareness, International Student Association, Asian Student
Association, African Heritage Organization and Programming
Council. The cost is $8 and you get a free long-sleeve
shirt, food and good music. Tickets can be bought outside
The Main from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. or until 5 p.m. in the
Student Center, Room 220 until Friday. |
