Air Force ROTC offers open-enrollment during the spring semester for college freshman and sophomore students interested in becoming commissioned officers in the U.S. Air Force. Once enrolled in the AFROTC courses, eligible students may apply for two- or three-year scholarships that could pay up to $15,000 an academic year beginning in the Fall 2000 semester.
