Rise School, Staff Assembly
sponsor school egg hunt
Students in the Rise School will take
part in an egg hunt sponsored by the Staff Assembly Wednesday March
27 in the playground behind the school.
The Staff Assemblys community service committee suggested
sponsorship of an egg hunt because its members wanted to promote
interaction between the Rise Schools teachers and students
and the Staff Assembly,
said Mary Lane, chairwoman of the committee.
We
did this because we want to support on-campus organizations and
because the children are so wonderful, Lane said.
As
the kids search for the candy-filled, plastic eggs around the playground,
the Easter Bunny also has plans to hop onto the scene.
