announces retirement plans
Provost
and Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs William Koehler
announced his plans to retire at the end of the 2003-04
academic year after serving as an academic officer at
TCU for 24 years.

While
Chancellor Victor Boschini entertained faculty and staff
members Tuesday at the university’s annual opening
luncheon with personal anecdotes and numerous references
to “all y’all,” he also announced two major
developments within the university’s administration. |
