The Main should be first concern for change

In response to your article concerning the TCU food crisis article in Sept. 17’s Skiff, it seems to me that people would just like a regulation of quality. While I will agree that Dining Services has expanded greatly to satisfy our pallet, I think the student Main should be of their first concerns. I actually like the variety of The Main, and if it actually looked good, then I would probably eat there a lot more.

Maybe TCU could take some tips from the Central Market stand-in chefs. Or hey, better yet, why doesn’t TCU employ its own cooking staff? That way it could enforce some quality guidelines because it doesn’t seem like they do it now. I realize that TCU would more than likely incur charges for backing out of some sort of devil contract with Sodexho. But, they have been increasing our tuition payments …

One last question …

Isn’t Sodexho French?
