Plans underway for women’s softball team
Board of Trustees vote to add another sport, grant tenure to 14

The Board of Trustees approved the addition of women’s softball, granted tenure and promotions for faculty members and approved additions to the Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center at its third meeting of the year Friday, said William Adams, acting chairman of the TCU Board of Trustees Student Relations Committee.

460 student accounts disabled for late payments

Send home isn’t an option for 460 students whose bookstore accounts were disabled because they failed to make payment on their accounts at the beginning of the month, said TCU Controller Cheryl Wilson Monday.

Radio-TV-film associate professor Richard Allen has been following his dreams throughout his life. He followed them to Hollywood as a writer, then to Texas as a teacher and someday he may follow them to Broadway.
