Committee formed for chancellor search

A search committee has been established to find a new chancellor by spring 2003. The members will recommend candidates throughout the semester to the Board of Trustees.

Frank Montgomery may be indicted by county DA

The Tarrant County District Attorney’s office will seek an indictment of suspended football player Frank Montgomery when a final autopsy report is available.
Freshmen at higher risk for meningitis

The Meningitis Foundation reports that freshmen are about six times at greater risk to catch meningitis than other college students. The bacterial disease affects about 100 to 125 college students a year.
